Foundation Level: A 6 day course over 3 workshops

Basic & Advanced Practitioner Training
Distilling our knowledge from many types of Body Work, Psychotherapeutic practice and Gestalt therapy, we have developed this series of Masterclasses in Conscious Breathwork for the Heart (CBH)
PART 1
3 four-day Masterclasses
Each Masterclass will focus on a specific method within CBH and will include hands-on learning around working with Trauma and the Nervous System at every stage. The focus will be on working with fear, anger and sadness, within your own system and within the client's system, learning basic skills and practice.
Eligibility: Completion of the Foundation Course
