Suitable for Alternative Therapists, Body Workers, Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Coaches and those with experience of Conscious Breathwork for the Heart workshops and individual sessions.
Foundation Level: A 6 day course over 3 workshops
An experiential training exploring breath, touch and conscious awareness to:

Develop and manage boundaries energetically
Build Resilience for long-term practicing
Reverse burnout and compassion fatigue

Level 1 Training
Distilling our knowledge from many types of Body Work, Psychotherapeutic practice and Gestalt therapy, we have developed this
new 2-part training to be a Conscious Breathwork for the Heart (CBH) Practitioner.
PART 1
Experiential learning to:
Explore what it's like to have your body and what 'working energetically' means
How has pain, pleasure, fear, joy, sex and anger molded how your body has developed and survived in this world
How are you BIG, how are you small?
Explore how your mind has made sense of having a body, how it manages the challenges of being alive
What do you love and hate, how do you welcome or reject
Learn about different types of trauma and how they can manifest in the body-mind
1. Having a Body : 17th - 19th January 2025
2. Heart and Touch : 14th - 16th March 2025
3. Mind and Head: 9th - 11th May 2025
4. Heart and Sexual energy : 11th - 13th July 2025
5.Moving forward and back: 26th - 28th September 2025
Eligibility: Completion of the Foundation Course
Cost: £2,500
