Practitioner Training

This training course is divided into two parts, with four weeks in both parts. Once completed, on assessment, it will qualify you to begin practicing as a CBH practitioner.

The course is deeply challenging and will take you deep into your own process, probably further than you have ever gone before. It has the potential to be immensely satisfying and utterly transformative.

However, as with anything which promises this depth, it will test your ability to grow and stay with some of the most difficult aspects of your early experiences and the ways you managed them in order to survive.

The course requires the courage to meet your most shadowy aspects as well as your greatest joys, and acceptance that life and relationships will likely change around you as you grow.

As humans, we all have the capacity to feel extremes such as extreme hatred or rage, or deep peace and love. Teachers will be very present to give company to whatever is difficult, but this course is not for people who do not want to accept their own shadow aspects and journey with them.

Part 1: Basic Training

Distilling our knowledge from many types of Body Work, Psychotherapeutic practice and Gestalt therapy, we have developed this series of training weeks in Conscious Breathwork for the Heart (CBH)

STRUCTURE

4 training weeks, each of which is 4 days long

Each week will focus on a specific method within CBH and will include hands-on learning around working with Trauma and the Nervous System at every stage.

You wil learn basic skills and practice, as well as deepening your connection to your own process.

The primary focus will be on working on yourself and your psycho-emotional wounds. You can expect to encounter your own fear, anger and sadness, as well as the ways that you learned to manage early wounding through your life.

You will be asked to practice what you are learning with each other.
